Getting Started

Accessing the Portal

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the university's official homepage.
  2. Click the yellow Login button located at the top right corner.

Selecting Your Role

  1. Wait for the "Choose Your Login" screen to load.
  2. Identify and click the card labeled Faculty.

Authentication

Registration & Approval

1. Submitting Details

  1. Click the Signup tab.
  2. Enter your Full Name, Employee ID, University Email, Mobile Number, Department, and Designation.
  3. Create a secure password.
  4. Click REGISTER.

2. Administrative Review

  1. Wait for the screen to display "Registration Successful!".
  2. Wait for administrative approval before attempting to log in.

OTP Login Process

  1. Select the Login tab on the Faculty Member Login screen.
  2. Enter your registered university Email Address and Password.
  3. Check your email inbox for a 4-digit OTP.
  4. Enter the OTP into the designated input field.
  5. Click LOGIN.

Dashboard

Profile Management

Updating Personal Details

  1. Click the Update Profile button on your dashboard to open the About section.
  2. Enter your Professional Biography.
  3. Upload a Profile Image and your CV (PDF, DOC, or DOCX formats).
  4. Enter your current Social Media Links.
  5. (Optional) Update your profile password if necessary.
  6. Click Update Profile at the bottom to save all changes.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Select the Educational Qualification tab from the horizontal menu.
  2. Click the + Add New button.
  3. Enter the Institution Name, Qualification, Subject/Major, Specialization, Start Year, and End Year.
  4. Select whether you are currently pursuing/working here.
  5. (Optional) Upload the Institute Logo.
  6. Click Add Qualification.

Professional Experience

  1. Select the Professional Experience tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter Employer/Organization, Designation, Start Date, End Date, and Other Details.
  4. Click Save Experience.

  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Name of Award/Honour.
  4. Enter the Awarding Organization/Body.
  5. Enter the Date Received.

Research Publications

  1. Select the Research Publications tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter Title, Primary Author(s), Co-Authors, Journal Name, Publication Year, Volume, Page Numbers, and DOI.
  4. Click Save Publication.

  1. Select the Research Interests tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter your Area of Interest.
  4. Click Add Interest.

Memberships

  1. Select the Memberships tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Type of Membership/Organization and Location.
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  5. Indicate whether the membership is currently active (Yes/No).
  6. Click Save Membership.

Research Guidance

  1. Select the Research Guidance tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Name of the Student.
  4. Enter the Topic of Research.
  5. Select the Current Status (Ongoing or Completed/Awarded).
  6. Click Save Guidance Details.

Book Chapters Published

  1. Select the Book Chapter Published tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Title of the Chapter and Connector Phrase.
  4. Enter the Book Title, Editors, Publisher, and Place of Publication.
  5. Enter the Year of Publication and Page Numbers.
  6. Click Save Details.

  1. Select the Courses/Conference/Workshop Attended tab.
  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Title of Event.
  4. Enter your Activity Description / Role.

  2. Click + Add New.
  3. Enter the Project Title and Funding Agency.
  4. Enter the Sanction Year.
